Looking for beauty room or salon to rent .

I am looking for either a beauty room or salon to rent, in or around the Plymouth area. Specialising in relaxing massage treatments, Indian head massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, other treatments available. Preferably with a client base, but would also consider starting from scratch with the right location.
